Wild Life Monkfish in Bacon
We made this with monkfish from the Owl Head Fish Truck that comes to the Triphammer Mall on Friday Mornings from 7am-11:30ish (when he usually sells out)
This recipe is a little more involved- but so delicious!!! We've included step-by-step pictures to help with the process.....I hope you enjoy it as much as we did!
